Somebody reads it properly
Usually the fitter who would run your block. The complaint field is the part that gets read first, and it shapes what we pull off the wall before you arrive.
The form below reserves a request, not a specific bay slot. Somebody rings you back to lock the time, and that call is also where we tell you if we think the block will not help.
Ordinary lead time is nine to twelve days. Saturday morning fills furthest ahead, and Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons are usually the easiest to get on short notice. Full bag audits need a two-and-a-half hour window and are booked in the morning only.
Cancel or move with more than twenty-four hours notice and there is no charge. Inside twenty-four hours we ask for half the block fee, mostly because the slot cannot realistically be refilled and somebody on the waiting list missed out.
Weather affects the outdoor confirmation stage rather than the block itself. If the lane is unusable we run the indoor portion, mark the recommendation provisional on the card, and bring you back for the confirmation at no cost.
Everything marked required is something we would otherwise have to ring you for.

Within one working day. This is where the block length is agreed and where we say plainly if we think a different block would serve you better.
No deposit for single-category blocks. Full bag audits take a hundred dollars to hold the morning, credited against the fee.
Some blocks are easier to scope in four minutes on the phone than in a form field. Call (405) 555-0147 and ask for whoever is not in a bay.
