Bench labour on clubs you already own is charged at the same rate whether the components came from us or from anywhere else.
What the Fee Does and Does Not Buy
It buys measurement time and paperwork. Bay time, both instruments, the wall stock you test against, the raw file, the discard list, the condition log, and the build spec. All of that is yours whether or not you order anything at the end.
It does not buy a guaranteed recommendation. Around one block in six ends with the finding that no change is justified by the data. That is a completed block and the fee stands, because the measurement is the thing you paid for.
It does not include components. We charge what our suppliers charge and add build labour as a separate line. If you want to source a head yourself from anywhere, bring it in and we will build with it at the same labour rate.
Payment. Card or cash at the desk when the block finishes. Builds are invoiced when the components arrive, with the balance due at collection. No deposits on single-category blocks; audits take a hundred dollars to hold a morning.
Cancellations. Free with more than twenty-four hours notice. Inside that we ask for half the block fee, since the slot rarely refills and somebody on the waiting list lost their chance at it.
